These terms cover your use of element7947.com and your dealings with Element 79/47. By creating an account, placing an order, sending a sell request or joining Pro, you agree to them.
We only buy from and sell to adults. You confirm you are 18 or older each time you order, sell, join Pro or contact us, and we refuse the request if you don’t.
Prices follow the live spot market. Your price locks when you place an order, and the lock, payment deadlines and what happens if an order is cancelled are set out in our Price Lock & Market Loss Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your offer locks when you submit a sell request. How to pack and ship, how we verify what arrives, and when we pay are set out in How to Sell. Georgia law requires a government ID from every seller.
Pro costs $35.00 per month and renews automatically every month until you cancel. It is charged to the card you pay with. Cancel anytime on your account page with the Cancel membership button — no email or call needed. After you cancel you keep Pro pricing until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We email you a confirmation when you join and when you cancel, and a reminder before any free trial turns into a paid month.
Coins we tag carry a QR code that opens a public record at Verify a Coin. Entering a coin’s one-time claim code moves it to your account; you can then transfer it to a buyer with a new code, or report it stolen. This record is a service we keep to show where a coin has been. It is not a title document and does not by itself prove legal ownership. Treat claim and transfer codes like keys: anyone who enters one first becomes the recorded owner. A theft report is the owner’s own statement, which we don’t verify. We may correct a record or pause claims on a coin while we look into a dispute or suspected fraud.
Our prices, guides and chat assistant give information about products and markets. None of it is investment, tax or legal advice, and metal prices can fall as well as rise.
